Content Writer – YouTube & Social Media

Job Responsibilities

• Write engaging scripts for YouTube videos, Shorts, Reels, and social media content.
• Research trending topics and create informative, engaging, and audience-focused content.
• Write compelling YouTube video titles, descriptions, tags, and captions.
• Create content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Write short-form and long-form video scripts according to the target audience.
• Create strong hooks, introductions, storytelling flows, and call-to-actions for videos.
• Write SEO-friendly meta titles and meta descriptions for websites and landing pages.
• Optimize content with relevant keywords for better search visibility.
• Convert complex topics into simple, engaging, and easy-to-understand content.
• Coordinate with video editors, designers, digital marketing teams, and subject experts.
• Review and proofread content for grammar, clarity, tone, accuracy, and consistency.
• Maintain a content calendar and deliver content within deadlines.
• Analyze competitor content and identify new content opportunities.
• Adapt writing style for different industries, brands, audiences, and content formats.

Required Skills

• Strong content writing and creative writing skills.
• Good command of Hindi and English.
• Ability to write natural and engaging Hinglish content.
• Understanding of YouTube, Instagram Reels, Shorts, and social media trends.
• Ability to write attention-grabbing hooks and audience-retention-focused scripts.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, keywords, meta titles, and meta descriptions.
• Good internet research and fact-checking skills.
• Ability to write both short-form and long-form content.
• Basic understanding of AI writing and research tools will be an advantage.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Qualification

• 12th Pass / Graduate / Mass Communication / Journalism / English / Hindi / Marketing (Preferred but not mandatory)
• Candidates with strong writing skills and a good portfolio may apply regardless of formal specialization.
